We ship our products with Australia post satchels.

Once an order is placed we ship within 1-2 days of the order being processed.

Orders placed after 5pm AEST on a weekday will be sent out the next day, and orders placed after this time on a Friday or on the weekend will be sent out Monday.

Delivery does not include insurance.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Ranch House Australia cannot offer reimbursement for this package. If your package goes missing or is damaged during shipping process Ranch House Australia is not responsible for the replacement or credit of the order. Once it leaves our warehouse/shop it is Australia Posts responsibility.
